"When you go down now . . ."

Just finished this one last night on the plane:

Here is what I wrote for my BooksWellRead and WeRead review . . .
"In the style of "He's Just Not that Into You," this book *is* helpful in giving you more insight into your thoughts and behaviors while you're in the midst of a breakup. Good advice and really understands how hard it really is to be the dumper or the dumpee."

I did enjoy it, and it sure does make you laugh along the way.  The next step comes from me!

Next book, started last night, is "I Know This Much Is True."

I read "He's Just Not That Into You" a couple years back. Really good advice, the problem I have is actually taking that advice, lol. I began reading "I Know This Much Is True" over the summer, I only got about 200 pages in though, I kinda lost interest and it was hard to lug a 700 page book around with me lol. Maybe I'll pick it up again. :D Let me know how you like it!

Yeah I read it too - really liked it. This book is co-authored by a co-author of that book!

I don't often read books quite as big as "I Know this Much is True," but I'm hoping I can stick with it - I hate putting a book down and not finishing it!

I read "I know...." in HS, I have no recollection of the story at all.  But, I do remember that I had to make a real effort to finish it, like committing to reading x amount of pages every night.  I just can't stop in the middle of a story, because I will always wonder what happened.  Of course, in this situation, it apparently didn't matter, since I don't remember anything about it now.  Happy reading!

Thanks! So far it is going pretty smoothly, but I'm still under 30 pages I think, lol.
